"A slime?"
Every adventure in the guild started laughing at Lucifer's familiarity.
"He wants to enter the competition with a slime."
"Is he trying to get us slimy or something?"
"Kids and their little dreams."
They kept laughing at Lucifer but he didn't pay any attention to them.
"Slimes are relatively weak monsters, are you sure you want to enter using a slime?" the receptionist asked while everyone was still laughing.
"I have other monsters but I'm using her."
"Her?"
The receptionist was confused about the gender but suddenly Sylphia leaped off Lucifer's head and changed into her human form. Everyone watched as the squishy ball of slime to a beautiful and voluptuous woman dressed in a leather bodysuit.
"Did the slime change into a human form?" the receptionist asked in shock.
"Fufufufu not just any human body but a real human body," Sylphia said as she showed the receptionist one of her breasts.
Every male adventurer in the guild got excited and instantly got a nosebleed.
"Uhm, I'll get the form."
The blushing receptionist took up a form and gave it to Lucifer to get him to sign. It asked for his name, the name of the tamed monsters and the element of the tamed monster. Lucifer was confused as to what to write for the last one but when he looked up a Sylphia he placed NONE on the paper.
"Okay, I'll inform them that there is a last minute entry, the competition will start in a few hours," the receptionist said.
Lucifer took a paper given to him and after placing it in jacket pocket they decided to leave. As they walked everyone kept staring at the gorgeous woman following behind Lucifer and her alluring body.
"Is she really a slime?"
"Why don't you find out?"
Most was scared to enter but a guy walked up to them.
"You're entering the competition using that woman, well I should warn you that there is a tamer who has been unbeatable 3 years in a row. His name is Daniel and his monster is the strongest of them all, a Wyvern. If you enter the competition you won't last five minutes against him," the man said.
Lucifer listened to his words and casually walked away. He returned to the SUV where there was a group of people surrounding it. Lucifer walked through the crowds and up to Black Jack who leaned against it.
"Black Jack we're staying a few more hours."
"As you wish my lord."
"What are we going to do in the meantime, master?" Sylphia asked.
"We're going to buy Grocery," he responded.
"Hey, is that thing yours?" A man walked over to Black Jack dressed as a merchant. "That quite the odd looking carriage you got there, how about selling it to me?"
"It's not for sale," Lucifer denied.
"Are you the owner?"
"Yes."
"Then how about I make you a good offer."
"It's not for sale and if you keep asking me I'll shut you up."
Lucifer said as he walked past the man. The merchant wore a face of anger as he was displeased with what Lucifer said to him. As they walked away Sylphia looked at the man and smiled a little. Lucifer travelled around the town buying groceries for dinner, he bought broccoli, Tomatoes, Carrots, Potatoes, Fish, Poultry, Beef Pork, Spices, flour, Milk, Bread, Cheese and Eggs. After a long shopping trip, they packed all of the groceries in the trunk of the SUV.
"I can't wait to taste your cooking master...hm is something wrong?" Sylphia asked in concern as she saw Lucifer checking the box of eggs.
"There's not enough eggs," he said.
"Unfortunately all of the shops are out of eggs. We should search for a shop that's available," Black Jack suggested.
Lucifer decided to try and search for a shop that has eggs by expanding his 「Magic Perception 」. He searched the town until he found a small shop in a back alley and on the shelf inside the shop there were three eggs in a box.
'Found some.. Hm ?'
Lucifer changed his Magic Perception to a different location where he heard some people in a back alley and they were plotting against him.
'Those people are going to become my enemy, let's wait and see what they are up to.'
Lucifer turned his head to a crow that perch on a roof of the inn.
"WAAAK AAAK!" The crow cried as it flew off into the sky.
Lucifer, Black Jack and Sylphia walk down the back alley to the shop where the eggs are. They opened the door and a scent of peppermint and incense clouded their noses. They walked into the shop and looked around. There was a man with long moustache reading a book at the desk.
"Fresh faces, welcome to my shop.'
To Lucifer the man looked sketchy but he didn't care and only wanted the eggs. Lucifer took the box of three ostrich size eggs off the shelves.
"How much?"
"Huh."
"How much for the eggs?" Lucifer asked, the man looked at the boy looking at the eggs with his eyes closed.
"10 gold coins per egg nothing more nothing less."
Without any negotiation Lucifer took out the bag of silver coins and threw it at the man. After that he walked out without saying another word.
'What a weird group of people?' the shopkeeper thought to himself.
The three hours were over when Lucifer and Sylphia went to the fighting tournament that was being held in the arena behind the Adventurers guild. A lot of tamers were presented with their tamed monsters. Lucifer and Sylphia stood at a distance and look at all of the tamers while most of them looked at him.
"It's that kid!"
"He's the one, the rumoured A ranked?!"
"Yeah and that woman beside him is apparently a slime."
"She's hot. I won't mind having slime!"
"Are you sure she's a slime and not a demon looking into her eyes?"
"Forget her eyes, look at her juggernaut sized jugs, these wide hips and these black lips!"
"I don't care if she's a slime or a mime, she's hoot!"
The guys were drooling over Sylphia's body with hearts in their eyes completely disregarding the fact that she's a slime. Suddenly all attention changed from Lucifer to the boy who was riding on the back of a wyvern. It is a dragon-like monster that has wings instead of arms, walks on its two hind legs and is smaller than a dragon. The wyvern was red in colour and riding on its back is a red boy dressed in a military uniform.
" It's the A ranked David the Dragon Rider "
"He's so handsome."
All the boys were in awe of his Dragon while the female was in awe of him.
"So that's David, fufufufu he looks yummy to eat."
"This is a friendly competition between monsters so don't eat anyone."
"Awwww!"
Sylyphia and Lucifer stood there when David walked over to them. He looked down on Lucifer with seriousness in his face.
"Move," he said.
Lucifer wasn't afraid of his intimidation but casually stepped out of David's way. Lucifer allowed him to pass along with his wyvern and his admires.
'I'm confused but I think he's trying to say don't stand in his way of winning this competition, fine we'll see who is victorious,' Lucifer said to himself
